Corneal Pachymetry
Corneal pachymetry measures the thickness of the cornea.
The cornea is the clear, dome-shaped portion at the front of your eye. The thickness of your cornea is important in LASIK surgery to ensure you are a proper candidate and have enough thickness to avoid possible complications.

Corneal Pachymetry is also a very important measurement for the management of glaucoma. Pachymetry readings will aid your doctor in the treatment of glaucoma.
